To start this year Lori and I at Promo Hounds want to thank you for your past business. We couldn’t have made it 25 years without our loyal clients.
We realize there are numerous options for promo merch suppliers and that is why we always strive for excellent customer service. That is how we earned our 5-Star Google rating.
As we look forward to 2024 here are a few things to please keep in mind:
· Promo Hounds is still affiliated with AIA, one of the largest promotional merchandise groups in the USA. With that comes greatly discounted pricing for you and incentive for our suppliers to always make it right for you if there is a problem.
· Though Promohounds.com is a relatively user-friendly site, we are always eager to do product research for you. We spend a lot of time keeping up with the latest product trends to better serve you.
· Samples at no charge are still available for each quote, within limits.
· You will be glad to know that finally in the 4th quarter of 2023 we saw inventory levels at or close to pre-Covid levels!
· We are seeing trends towards imprinted company apparel becoming more popular again. Promo Hounds’ has always maintained a specialty in imprinted apparel. It is around 40% of our business! We stay up on the latest styles and the latest trends in decoration (which can change with newer apparel materials).
