They give us some pertinent information about what they are looking for such as the occasion it is for, price, quantity, particular colors they want, etc.
Sometimes they just email a link to an item on our web site. We tell them if that's a good choice or if we would recommend something else.
Once the choices are narrowed down we will quote discounted pricing.
After that we provide up to 2 free random samples per order at no charge. Some more expensive items excluded.
When the client has reviewed the item, if it meets their approval, they place an order.
Promo Hounds will track your order through production to ensure it comes out on time and as ordered.
Typically you receive an email proof a couple days after placing your order. Not on most rush orders though.
