"Everything was great. I liked how easy the approval process was, and at the same time it felt like we had full control of what we were ordering. It was nice to be “in the know” through all steps of the process, and Lori was fantastic at explaining how the whole process would work. Payment was a breeze, and we also appreciated being able to get samples sent to us, which made the decision process much easier and we knew exactly what we were getting. Everyone was great at following up with me and letting me know when things were ordered/shipped, etc. I never had to be the one to reach out.
